Workshops

In the past 3 months we've been holding cheese platter workshops, where the guests are being taught the tips and trade of building a cheese platter. Every workshops begins with a cheese tasting of the cheeses being used on the platter paired with three different wines to enhance the cheeses. Once the tasting is over, sanitation is covered before the workshop begins. Jenn walks you through her 5-step process of building the platters while everyone builds their very own. It's a great environment for those people that may want to meet new friends but are a tad shy, this is an organic way to converse with people without any pressure. It's team building, collaboration, creativity and learning. The best part is that you take a platter home to share with friends, family or to enjoy all to yourself. Recently we've done workshops in the Coachella Valley, Las Vegas and Dallas and are open to doing them wherever the client want us.
