As my 14th year of teaching rounds off and summer begins, I am getting ready to venture out and do some USA travel exploring extraordinary places, fabulous food and wonderful wine. I have felt it in my heart that I need to start blogging, so I am doing this! When COVID hit and my 6 weeks in Italy was canceled last summer, I decided to be productive and educate myself about wine. I have officially passed the WSET 2 from the Napa Valley Wine Academy; I have been awarded and certified through The Wine & Spirit Educational Trust in London. With that said, I have some wine adventures coming your way. In addition I will be blogging about travel destinations, recipes for delicious meals, grazing platters and tables, faith and prayer blogs and more!
