Italy 2019

Headed off to Italy to explore CHEESE! As I find myself searching for the best cheeses to use on our platters and tables, I am yearning to know more about it. I am headed off to Italy to explore several farms, cheese schools and cheese classes in the heart of Italy... and am excited to bring it all back to you! Please stay tuned. On that note, I will be out of commission (for making platters and graze boxes) for a few weeks, but I promise it will be well worth it.
